A common tax settlement option is the Offer in Compromise. This resolution option allows you to pay only a fraction of your total tax liability in one lump sum, freeing you of the burden and stress of  past IRS or State taxes. Installment Agreement

Perhaps you’d like to pay your tax debt, but you can’t do it in one lump sum. This tax resolution strategy involves spreading your debt out into smaller monthly payments, sometimes for less than the total amount owed.

Penalty Abatement

If you have legitimate reasons for being unable to pay your taxes on time and in full (such as a lengthy illness or fire destroying your home) a tax attorney can petition the IRS or State for a reduction or elimination of the penalties and accompanying interest. If your request is approved, the IRS or State will absolve the penalties and accompanying interest, reducing your overall tax debt.

Wage Garnishment

If you are currently having a portion of your wages or fixed income garnished by the IRS or State, a tax attorney can have this reduction in wages or fixed income lifted while finding a final and more affordable resolution.

Levy Release

If the IRS or State is currently removing funds from your bank account or preventing a contractor from paying you, a tax attorney can have this levy released, freeing up your funds and income. This is a time sensitive matter and requires immediate action.
